Join a busy telemetry unit in Redding as a travel registered nurse caring for patients with stroke, transient ischemic attack, seizure, traumatic brain injury, and other mixed medical diagnoses. This 12-hour night assignment includes telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and care involving medications such as heparin, amiodarone, and Cardizem drips. You will work alongside monitor technicians, unit aides, and resource nursing staff while supporting bedside shift reporting and stroke-focused patient experience measures. The unit welcomes first-time travelers with two to three years of specialty experience and offers a one-shift department orientation.
