Why did you choose Atlas MedStaff?
I started Atlas because I knew there was a better way. After years in the industry, I saw too many companies treating their travelers like numbers and too few leading with empathy and integrity. I believed you could build a staffing company that prioritized connection over KPIs, listened more than it talked, and actually gave a damn about the travelers and clients we serve. Atlas wasn’t born out of strategy — it was built out of conviction. And every day, we show up to prove that doing the right thing still matters.
Family:
My family means everything to me. My wife Jenny keeps me grounded. She’s everything I’m not, which is probably why it works so well. I have two daughters and a son and usually at least three dogs. Every decision I make — in business or life — is filtered through the lens of how it impacts the people I love most. They’re not just my support system; they’re my why.
Hobbies:
I love the Chicago Cubs, comic books, action figures, and all things sci-fi fantasy. If you ever want to talk 80s cartoons, I’m your guy!
Pets:
Currently two dogs, both are rescues. Scrappy Doo, a Terrier mix, and Ralph, a chihuahua mix.
Top of your Bucket List:
1. Visit every major league baseball stadium in the country with my family.
2. Complete my T206 baseball card collection.
3. Go to Octoberfest in Germany.
