Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Joplin as a Medical Surgical RN on a night shift, where you'll be stationed on the 3rd floor in the Surgical Cardiac unit. This role places you at the heart of post-cardiac surgery and cardiac patient care, coordinating with a team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective recovery. Your responsibilities will include utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adapting to unit needs, including floating as necessary.
