Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU assignment where you'll work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights, in a facility with private bedside rooms for 8 to 13 infants. This role demands experienced nurses with at least three years in Level II or III NICUs, adept at managing critical newborns and familiar with Epic electronic medical records. You'll be providing one-on-one to three-on-one care, with responsibilities covering both routine and urgent needs of vulnerable infants. Floating to pediatric or adult floors may be required to assist other units, making this a versatile and engaging opportunity. The schedule offers a 36-hour workweek over 13 weeks, providing a balanced work-life experience.
