Job Description:

Join a renowned level 1 trauma hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse specializing in orthopedic trauma and high-acuity postoperative care. In this role, you'll handle complex orthopedic patients, including total joint replacements, ORIF fractures, and other specialty surgeries, often managing blood products and mobility challenges. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a mix of weekends and holiday coverage, in a fast-paced environment where large patient turnover is common. This assignment offers a chance to hone your trauma skills while working within a supportive, magnet-recognized facility known for teaching and innovation. If you're comfortable floating between units and have at least two years of experience in a level 1 trauma setting, you'll fit right in—and be able to make a real difference in patient recovery.
