Job Description:

Join a 19-bed labor and delivery unit in Fort Myers as a travel L&D RN, where you'll be pivotal in caring for high-acuity patients during 12-hour night shifts. This role requires at least two years of accurate, hands-on experience in labor and delivery, along with prior travel experience. You'll work closely with a team maintaining patient ratios of 1-2:1, utilizing Epic EMR, and donning Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. Expect to support a variety of complex cases, handle high patient volumes, and possibly float to sister campuses when needed. Your expertise in fetal monitoring—preferably with advanced certification—and ability to manage high-risk situations make this assignment stand out. Call participation is required periodically, and thorough documentation is essential for onboarding.
