Job Description:

Join our surgical services team as a CVOR Tech in Worcester, MA, where you'll support complex cardiac and endovascular procedures. This role involves scrubbing for surgeries such as CABG, aortic valve replacements, mitral valve repairs, and VAD placements, offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You'll work alongside skilled surgeons and anesthesiologists, ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are meticulously prepared and handed during procedures. The assignment provides a unique chance to immerse yourself in Level I trauma surgery settings, sharpening your technical skills in a challenging, rewarding specialty. Expect to be an integral part of life-saving operations, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours, fostering a balanced work-life experience.
