Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Creve Coeur, Missouri, where you'll be providing specialized care for post-surgical patients recovering from orthopedic, urology, and plastics procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work with a variety of surgical cases in a short-term acute care setting, focusing mainly on joint replacements and other orthopedic surgeries. Your responsibilities will include managing patient flow on the med-surg unit, documenting care in Epic, and adjusting to the needs of your scope within the unit. The night shift runs 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a work rhythm that allows for focused patient care and a balanced schedule.
