Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU and PCU unit in Prescott Valley, Arizona, where you'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment focusing on critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, COVID, and post-operative complications. This role involves managing various acuity levels from ICU to step-down care within a single, consolidated unit — a setup that keeps your skills sharp and your experience broad. You will perform advanced nursing procedures, titrate drips like vasopressors and sedation, and utilize equipment such as vents and monitors, all while working 12-hour night shifts. The assignment offers a chance to develop expertise in diverse patient types, with a focus on acute care, and to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs, RTs, monitor techs, and nurse aides.
