Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical team in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Macon, Georgia, for a rewarding travel nursing assignment. You will focus on caring for post/Pre cardiac patients and step-down ICU cases, including diagnoses like CHF, COPD, STEMI, and sepsis. This role involves managing cardiac telemetry, performing trach and chest tube care, IV insertion, wound care, and overseeing patient discharge planning. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts, offering a balance of hands-on clinical work and collaborative team support in a busy hospital setting.
