Job Description:

Join the team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift assignment in Tyler, TX. This role involves providing skilled nursing care on a 19-room telemetry-capable unit serving a diverse patient population, from young adults to geriatrics. You'll be responsible for charting in Epic and managing patient care for up to six patients per nurse, ensuring each receives attentive and competent care during overnight hours.
