Job Description:

This night-shift travel assignment places you in a small but busy critical access hospital in Lakeview, Oregon. You'll primarily work 12-hour night shifts, providing MedSurg care while supporting the Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Obstetrics (OB) units as needed. When deliveries happen, expect to be part of a small team of L&D nurses managing the birth process, giving you an exciting glimpse into obstetric care. Due to the diverse patient population, you’ll experience a variety of clinical scenarios, from routine MedSurg cases to urgent OB situations. This facility encourages traveler flexibility, so there may be opportunities to work some day shifts. Telemetry experience is preferred but not required, and labor nurses with Peds experience and certifications like ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring will thrive here. Training on the CPSI EMR system will be provided, making your transition smooth.
