Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding ICU contract at a Level II trauma center in Baltimore. This role requires experienced ICU nurses to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, primarily working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for managing complex patient cases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety. Every other weekend work and holiday coverage are required, offering a dynamic schedule that keeps your skills sharp and your experience varied. Expect to engage deeply with critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise to support their recovery in an intensive care setting.
