Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you on the night shift in Madison, Indiana, working with a team dedicated to providing safe, patient-centered care. As an RN in this role, you'll perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Your expertise will support the needs of diverse patients, including managing complex care priorities and anticipating discharge planning. Mentoring and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff is a key part of the role, along with fostering effective teamwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
