Job Description:

Join a diverse team as a float ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Roanoke, Virginia, where you'll rotate through ICU, PCU, and MS units—making each shift different and engaging. You'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, capitalizing on your skills in advanced patient monitoring, IV therapy, and airway management. This role offers a chance to experience a variety of specialty areas in a busy hospital setting, all while maintaining a balanced schedule that includes working every other weekend or six weekends per six-week block and one holiday. With EPIC charting and a focus on teamwork, you'll be central to patient outcomes in a facility recognized for nursing excellence and trauma care—no two days are the same in this rewarding assignment.
