Job Description:

This PCU Float Registered Nurse position involves supporting a flexible float pool within the medical center, primarily working overnight 12-hour shifts. You will be assigned to various units in the PCU Float Pool, with the possibility of floating to other specialized areas such as stepdown or outpatient units. The role offers the chance to experience different patient populations and settings, with estimated patient ratios of 1:3-4. Your responsibilities will include IV starts, telehealth monitoring via EPIC, and providing essential nursing support in a fast-changing environment. The role requires at least two years of recent RN experience and current BLS/ACLS certifications. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple departments while working a consistent overnight schedule in a renowned healthcare facility.
