Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment involves providing specialized critical care support in a busy Medical ICU and Progressive Care unit. You will be responsible for caring for ventilated patients, initiating and titrating IV drips such as vasopressors and sedation, assisting with intubations, and performing line placements. The role requires monitoring critically ill patients diagnosed with conditions like sepsis, respiratory and renal failure, myocardial infarctions, pulmonary embolism, and pneumonia. You'll work in a mixed acuity environment, primarily managing progressive patients but also supporting ICU cases as needed. Expect to utilize equipment including Phillips heart monitors, Epic EMR, Pyxis, EKG machines, and dopplers. This position is tailored for experienced ICU nurses comfortable with fast-paced settings, flexible schedules, and team collaboration. Overnight rates are available at $83.66 (regular) and $93.06 OT
