Job Description:

Join our team for a specialized ICU contract at a facility in Phoenix, where you'll engage with high-acuity cardiac surgery recovery patients, including those with IABP and CABG experience. This assignment focuses on intensive bedside procedures such as bronchs, Swans, epidurals, and other critical interventions. You'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in sterile technique and perform a variety of complex procedures, working closely within a team that includes in-house intensivists and high-level support staff. The role offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment with a patient load that can reach bedside ratios of 1:1 or 2:1, and the opportunity to float to various units including Tele and Westgate, contributing to a comprehensive critical care experience.
