Job Description:

This role involves serving as a registered nurse specialized in case management, with a focus on coordinating care for patients with complex health conditions. You will work out of MedStar Georgetown, conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, and overseeing discharge planning within the EMR system. The position offers the chance to work daytime hours (8-hour shifts), primarily Monday through Friday, and may include field visits in the Washington DC area, with mileage reimbursement. Shift: 8 hour days, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630
