Job Description:

This RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics role offers a unique chance to work across multiple critical care settings, including NICU, adult ICU, ER, and pediatric units. You'll be handling advanced airway management, medication administration, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, BiPAP, CPAP, and nebulizers. The position is set in a fast-paced, community hospital environment where adaptability and quick thinking are essential. Your work will involve floating between adult, pediatric, and emergency units, providing specialized respiratory support in high-acuity situations. This role combines technical expertise with the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical scenarios—think of it as a respiratory care adventure through different hospital domains.
