Job Description:

Join a challenging step-down RN contract where you'll operate in a team nursing model, partnering with another nurse and a PCT to deliver coordinated patient care on a 12-hour day shift. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with ventilated patients, including those requiring trachs and vents, and to gain experience with EPIC documentation and telemetry monitoring. The role emphasizes collaborative care, with targeted patient ratios of 1:4, up to 1:5-6, all while supporting a diverse patient population battling COPD, CHF, pneumonia, sepsis, and post-COVID conditions.
