Job Description:

This clinical nursing role places you in a hospital setting where you'll work the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing care on the medical-surgical units. You'll be responsible for coordinating patient care for a diverse adult population, ensuring safety and quality in every interaction. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to float between units as needed, offering a varied experience that keeps skills sharp. Expect to manage a patient load of six, utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system, and work every other weekend. The role is well-suited for seasoned RNs with at least two years of experience and current licensure in New Mexico or an authorized compact state.
