Job Description:

Join a renowned Level I trauma center as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract with a 4x10 schedule from 12:45 PM to 11:15 PM. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of surgical cases, including general, trauma, orthopedic, urology, and plastic surgery, with a focus on laparoscopic assisted procedures and organ donation. You’ll be supporting 23 operating rooms, utilizing your expertise in surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and emergency response, all while navigating a fast-paced OR environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of OR experience, hold a current Illinois nursing license, and be comfortable with on-call responsibilities.
