Job Description:
This PCU Float Registered Nurse role places you in the heart of Ohio’s capital, working within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Float Pool. You'll be covering nights on 12-hour shifts, with the flexibility to float within units of similar or lower acuity, possibly across various campuses including Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd. Your duties will include IV starts, telemonitoring, and Epic documentation, with an emphasis on adapting to different patient needs and unit protocols. This assignment offers a chance to broaden your skills in a fast-paced environment while experiencing the diversity of a major medical center. The role is perfect for nurses who enjoy both technical challenges and variety in their daily routine, making each shift an opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
