Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of PCU registered nurses in Kansas City, where you'll be responsible for caring for ventilated patients, managing complex respiratory equipment such as ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP, and interpreting dysrhythmias and ABGs. This role offers an engaging night shift schedule, giving you the chance to work during your most alert hours while experiencing the vibrant city atmosphere by night. Expect to take on a variety of responsibilities, including ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, medication protocols, and caring for patients with pulmonary, neurological, and renal conditions. On rare occasions, you may be asked to accept additional patients, so flexibility is valued. You will float across departments within your scope as needed, providing a well-rounded and challenging experience for those eager to expand their skills in a reputable, Magnet-recognized facility.
