Job Description:

Join our team as a surgical technologist working in the operating room suite, where you'll play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures. This role involves preparing the operating room, anticipating surgeons' needs, assisting with dressings and cast applications, and ensuring all instruments and supplies are accurately managed. You'll follow detailed protocols, document key data, and work independently to uphold safety and efficiency standards. Job Specifics:

Location: San Diego, California

Shift: 10:30 AM start time, scheduled for 36 hours per week

Duration: 13 weeks with on-call responsibilities including 12-hour weekend and 20-hour weekday on-call shifts in a 4-week cycle, with a 30-minute response time. Scheduled two shifts every other weekend, with the possibility of one shift per pay period being canceled without pay.
