Job Description:

Join us as a MS/Tele Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract at our facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. This position offers the chance to work on a hybrid unit with a 36/36 or 36/48 schedule, rotating weekends and holidays. You'll be responsible for providing top-tier nursing support during 12-hour night shifts, specifically from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This role involves navigating a fast-paced environment that supports 24/7 phlebotomy, with RRT and supervisor support available on all units. Prior PCU experience, especially with L1 trauma, is a must—first-time travelers with the relevant background are welcome! The role emphasizes active participation in clinical education, supporting nursing students alongside patient care activities, ensuring the future of nursing continues to thrive. A hybrid unit environment means you'll need to adapt quickly and thrive in a collaborative setting, making a real impact every shift.
