Job Description:

Join a fast-paced acute care facility as a Case Manager Registered Nurse, where your expertise in care coordination will make a tangible difference. You'll float to the Laguna Facility, managing a patient load with a ratio of 1:25, and ensuring seamless care transitions for a variety of medical cases. This role demands a minimum of two years of acute medical case management experience, and previous travel experience is required—first-timers need not apply. You’ll work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week, with weekend rotation, in a setting that values professionalism and efficiency.
