This role involves coordinating patient care and discharge planning within a 500-bed unit staffed by a dedicated team of 31 professionals. You'll work a consistent 8-hour day shift over 13 weeks, with opportunities to experience the rhythm of hospital life in a lively setting. The position requires active RN and Social Work licenses, and experience in short-term acute care is highly valued. Expect to engage with Meditech and CarePort Care Management systems as you facilitate efficient patient flow and resource coordination, rather than direct patient care.
