Job Description:

Join a prominent healthcare team as a Care Manager RN, where you will coordinate inpatient care across multiple units in several local facilities. Your role involves floating between units based on needs, managing a caseload under a 20/1 ratio, and supporting patients through complex discharge plans. This position offers a balanced schedule with every other weekend work, and requires inpatient care management experience. Expect a dynamic workday with variable hours designed to support staff time off and vacations. This assignment provides an opportunity to utilize your expertise in a vibrant hospital setting while exploring the diverse landscapes and attractions around Portland. Please note, a vehicle is necessary for this role, and occasional floating to different facilities and units is part of the responsibilities.
