Job Description:

Join a rural Texas hospital as a full-scope Labor & Delivery RN where you'll deliver exceptional care in an 8-bed unit, handling everything from labor and delivery to postpartum and newborn care. This role offers the chance to work across multiple settings within the hospital, including the nursery and couplet care, all in a low-volume but high-acuity environment. You’ll be actively managing high-risk labor, interpreting fetal monitoring, circulating C-sections, and participating in neonatal resuscitation, all while enjoying a community-focused workplace. The shift is a 12-hour day, with the flexibility to adapt to census fluctuations and staffing needs.
