Job Description:

Join a specialized neuro medical-surgical unit for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois, working 12-hour night shifts. As a registered nurse, you will provide advanced care for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain tumors, seizures, and spine injuries. Your expertise in neuro trauma and experience with heparin drips will be essential to managing complex cases. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team including charge nurses and house supervisors, with support staff such as nurse aides and telemetry technologists. This assignment combines clinical challenge with the chance to develop your neuro skills in a fast-paced environment. Please note, the unit emphasizes specific experience with trauma, neuroscience, and prior travel nursing—no first-time travelers accepted.
