Job Description:

Join a specialized neonatal and pediatric respiratory care team as a Respiratory Therapist and ECMO Specialist in Boston. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex respiratory therapies, operating ECMO systems with precision, and responding swiftly to critical patient needs. You'll handle bedside pump management, circuit assembly, priming, and blood product administration, all while working alongside a dedicated team to support some of the most critically ill infants and children. The position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and patient support, with the chance to hone advanced skills in ECMO management. Expect to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including every third weekend, in a setting where your expertise can truly make a difference.
