Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse specializing in the NICU at a vibrant Level II children's hospital with a Level IV NICU. This 13-week contract offers an engaging chance to work in a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care setting, where you'll be supporting highly preterm infants and critically ill newborns. Your role will include managing respiratory support for vents, handling trachs and g-tubes, administering medications, and coordinating care plans. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with optional floating to ER as a sitter, providing a variety of clinical challenges. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of Level III-IV NICU experience, current certifications in BLS, NRP, and WA state license, and a friendly attitude with a collaborative approach. This is a dynamic environment where your skill set will directly impact fragile lives, and you'll collaborate with a dedicated team in a private, family-centered setting that feels like a second home.
