Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room RN on a 13-week contract in a bustling Level I Trauma Center. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts—day, evening, and night—where you'll be a key player in supporting a wide variety of complex surgeries, including trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures. You'll circulate and scrub in high-paced environments, often handling advanced cases that require independence and specialized skills. The schedule is built around 6-week blocks, with shifts changing weekly, providing a mix of days, evenings, and nights, with most night shifts grouped together. You'll have the opportunity to flex your surgical expertise, especially with trauma cases and robotics, in a hospital that values expertise and professionalism. This assignment offers a vibrant setting where your skills directly impact patient outcomes in a critical care environment that operates 24/7.
