Job Description:

Join a premier Level I trauma center as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Medical Stepdown (IMC) unit for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715), with an average daily census of 38 patients, providing a hands-on experience in cardiac telemetry, post-cardiac procedures, and complex patient monitoring. You'll utilize your expertise in arrhythmia interpretation, post-MI care, and advanced IV therapies, including central lines and PICC management. The setting allows for floating within similar units to meet facility needs, giving you a chance to broaden your skills in a supportive environment. From managing sheaths post-cardiac cath to caring for patients with respiratory support devices like BIPAP and HFNC, this position keeps your skills sharp and your work meaningful.
