Job Description:

Join a respected neuro surgical unit as a Travel MS RN on night shifts, where you'll be immersed in caring for neuro and neuro-surgical patients recovering from CVA, back/neck surgeries, and cranial procedures. This 13-week contract at Deaconess Gateway offers a chance to sharpen your neuro assessment skills, perform NIHSS and dysphagia screens, and demonstrate your ability to manage complex patient needs. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, providing consistent, focused care in a team that values resilience and adaptability. Your expertise with EPIC charting will be essential, as well as your strong critical thinking to handle blood products, medication titrations, and drain management. The unit features well-established leadership and a collaborative staff, creating an environment where you can make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional journey.
