Job Description:

This opportunity places you in the role of a circulating nurse in the operating room, focusing on a variety of surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, Thoracic, and Endocrine surgeries. You'll be the essential coordinator, supporting the surgical team during procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth operations in a six-room busy OR environment. The position combines technical expertise with team collaboration, all while maintaining the professionalism and compassion that makes surgical care effective. Expect to engage in pre-operative preparations, intra-operative circulation, and post-operative tasks, acting as a vital link in patient care operations. The role also involves acting as a Lead or Charge Nurse during your shifts, coordinating case schedules, and managing transfers and patient care documentation. It’s a dynamic role that offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced surgical setting with a supportive team.

Job Specifics:

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Shift: Days, 0645-1715
Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, including some call shifts and weekend coverage, with approximately 1-2 call shifts and 1 weekend shift per month.
