Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical-Surgical RN floating across general medical and surgical units in a busy hospital setting. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from chronic illnesses like COPD, Diabetes, and CHF to complex infections such as pneumonia, sepsis, and C-diff. You’ll also be involved in managing GI issues, neurological cases including stroke and traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorder patients. The job offers the chance to perform assessments, care planning, and equipment management using tools like IV pumps, wound vacs, feeding tubes, and telemetry monitors. Expect to handle procedures such as colonoscopies, thoracentesis, minor surgeries, and more. This position provides an engaging experience with opportunities to work with a variety of clinical equipment and electronic health records, all while providing essential nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
