Job Description:

This travel assignment is perfect for experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurses looking to make an impact in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You'll be working 3x12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every third weekend and holidays as needed. As a float nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple Cone Health campuses, gaining varied experience and meeting different patient needs. The role involves interpreting lab results, medication reconciliation, performing dressing changes, and managing patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injuries. Prior acute care rehab experience and at least one year of experience are required—no first-time travelers please. You'll be part of a team dedicated to specialized patient rehabilitation for individuals with complex medical needs, offering both challenge and reward in a fast-paced environment.
