Job Description:

Join a Level IV NICU team at a 152-bed children's hospital in Tacoma, where you'll be part of a caring crew providing specialized care to premature infants as young as 22 weeks gestation, high-risk delivery patients, and surgical neonates. This role involves managing respiratory support, including ventilators, trachs (highly preferred but not required), g-tubes, NG/OG tubes, NCPAP, UAC/UVC lines, PICC lines, and overseeing medication administration. The focus is on supporting tiny patients through their complex journeys, often in private rooms designed for comfort and privacy. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule of approximately 36 hours per week, and new opportunities to float to the ER as a sitter if needed. We’re looking for someone with a friendly disposition, a minimum of 2 years of Level III-IV NICU experience, and strong skills in respiratory management. Recent travel experience is a plus but not mandatory—first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
