Job Description:

Join a challenging respiratory therapy contract in the PICU and NICU settings, where you'll focus on delivering specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment that demands precision and dedication. You'll be responsible for managing ventilator and respiratory needs, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your experience with PICU and NICU populations will be key, and you'll be supported through a comprehensive orientation and shadowing period before taking on full responsibilities. Expect a workload aligned with RVU measures, with approximately 580 minutes assigned out of each 720-minute shift, offering a well-balanced schedule in a high-acuity setting.
