Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Inpatient Orthopedics and General Surgery registered nurses at Aspirus St. Luke's in Duluth, Minnesota. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work on a 40-bed unit that specializes in orthopedic surgeries, total joint replacements, urology, vascular procedures, and gynecology. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring patient comfort during the overnight hours. An engaging aspect of this assignment is the variety of units you may float to, including Hospice, Oncology, Neuro, EENT, and Rehab, keeping the experience dynamic and rewarding. Successful candidates will be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing the pace of a busy surgical unit, all while working with a supportive team in a setting that values your expertise and dedication.
