Job Description:

This tele/ cardiac RN role in Bismarck offers the chance to work on a 32-bed unit specializing in adults and geriatrics with conditions including cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and complex medical cases like Covid Bipap, pneumonia, and sepsis. The 12-hour day shifts are perfect if you prefer a steady schedule with ample time to unwind. As a vital team member, you'll interpret monitors, manage titratable drips such as Heparin and Amio, and troubleshoot ventilator and airway equipment including Bipap and Trachs. The unit features a charge nurse on each shift who may also carry a light patient load, along with patient care techs to support your workflow. You'll experience a setting where quick thinking and technical skills are key, all while enjoying a collaborative environment that values your expertise.
