Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working in the Cardiac Renal Unit at Deaconess Midtown, where you'll take charge of high-acuity Telemetry patients and manage complex cardiac cases. This role is perfect for experienced RN professionals with a solid background in cardiac and telemetry care, including interpreting 12-lead EKGs, initiating and titrating drips, and handling post-ablation and dialysis patients. Your shift will be during the challenging yet rewarding night hours from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, and you'll have the opportunity to float within your skillset across nearby campuses when needed. Expect to work closely with a seasoned team that values resilience and critical thinking as you provide exceptional care for patients facing atrial fibrillation, heart blocks, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. This assignment offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in a teaching hospital environment while honing your expertise in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (with option for 48 hours upon request)
