Job Description:

This hematology/oncology RN contract position places you in a clinic dedicated to non-malignant blood disorders such as hemophilia, anemia, sickle cell disease, and DVTs. The role involves performing patient assessments, phlebotomy, central line care, assisting with bone marrow biopsies, patient education, and managing case work—all within a friendly outpatient setting. Since this is a classical hematology clinic, you won't be handling chemotherapy or infusions, but you'll engage directly with adult patients, helping ensure their treatment journeys run smoothly. Expect a weekday schedule, 8-hour days, and a focus on manual blood work and patient support. Bring your own stethoscope and enjoy a straightforward scope of practice with plenty of opportunities to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a team-focused environment.
