Job Description:
This travel assignment places you in a busy Progressive Critical Care Unit, where you'll manage some of the most medically complex patients in the region. Your role involves administering advanced hemodynamics, including pressor titrations, managing ventilatory support like HFNC, BiPAP, and CPAP, as well as handling high-acuity adult patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and multiple complex traumas. Epic experience is REQUIRED, and you'll need to be proficient in managing a variety of medications, drips, and invasive procedures. The nurses who excel in this role are experienced in large-scale adult PCU and ICU settings, comfortable with high patient loads, and can efficiently navigate advanced protocols and equipment. Expect to care for an average of three critically ill patients, utilizing your skills to provide precise, effective care in a fast-paced environment.
