Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in Columbia, SC, where you'll be a vital part of the lab team working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role is perfect for those who thrive during the nighttime hours and enjoy the challenge of working as a generalist with blood bank experience. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of laboratory tests, maintaining precision in blood banking procedures, and ensuring timely, accurate results. The assignment offers a chance to experience a busy, fast-paced lab environment with every other weekend off, providing a great balance of work and rest. Expect to leverage your EPIC system knowledge as you support patient diagnostics and contribute to patient care indirectly through your technical expertise.
