Job Description:

Join our team as an RN on a night shift in a medical unit specializing in telemonitoring at Mercy Hospital Springfield. This role involves managing patients with respiratory, medical, and post-surgical needs, utilizing advanced telemetry equipment like IV pumps and tube feeding pumps. You will perform assessments, medication titrations, and coordinate care efforts with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow throughout your shift. Expect a direct and engaging experience that emphasizes clinical decision-making and precision, all while working in a well-equipped environment that values your expertise.
