Job Description:

Join a 12-week travel contract as a Case Manager RN in Everett, Washington, and experience the opportunity to work across multiple hospital units including Colby and Pacific Campus, both less than two miles apart. This role involves managing discharge planning and care coordination in an acute care setting, with the chance to float between different departments based on the hospital’s needs. The position offers 8-hour day shifts (07:30 - 16:00) and guaranteed hours of 72 per biweekly pay period. You'll be contributing to patient transitions from hospital to home or other care facilities and showcasing your versatility in diverse clinical environments.
